Bush Tucker - ANZAC Biscuits

Bush Tucker - ANZAC Biscuits

Originally made during WWII for troops from Australia and New Zealand Army Corp (hence ANZAC). Im thinking they stood up to travel quite well. Debates rage over wether they should be made crunchy or chewy. Suit your self really but reducing cooking times for a chewy version. Enjoy your ANZAC cookies and perhaps give a thought to how they came to be whilst you make and eat them. 25th of April is ANZAC day in Australia and New Zealand.
